"Horsin' Around in Shipshewana"
Are you ready for spring? It's right around the corner, and so is our MayFest celebration! Our theme and celebration this year are all about horses, big, small, and in-between. You really need to see this!
Shipshewana MayFest kicks off on Friday, May 3 with entertainment and food at the main tent all day long. Friday evening will feature a local talent competition at Shipshewana-Scott Elementary school and local musical talent in the main tent.
Saturday morning kicks off with a benefit pancake and sausage breakfast and a 3 on 3 basketball tourney . 10am is the Grand Parade. This year's theme "Horsin' Around in Shipshewana"is sure to bring horses of all sizes to town for the Grand Parade. And every one of them is welcome!
After the parade there will be buggy races, puppet shows, art awards, family games, a garden tractor pull and, of course, a full day of food and entertainment in the main tent.
